This Delicious meal is a Healthy Start to any morning! Get your Veggies in Early and make it a great Day!
8 Large Eggs
1/4 C of Milk if Desired
Pepper and Salt
Vegetables of your choosing
1 Large Yellow Bell Pepper chopped
3 Large Mushrooms Sliced
1 Handful of Cherry Tomatoes
Fresh Basil Leaves
I also love it with Zucchini and or Yellow Squash
Beat Eggs with milk until smooth. Lightly spray or grease a nonstick skillet. Saute veggies until almost soft in a medium heat skillet. Pour in eggs and scramble stirring occasionally! Enjoy!
